Finally - we have snow!

It's 28* right now in Normal. There is a smattering of snow in the air, and it's a bit blustery. THIS is the kind of weather I look forward to!

I got back from Maine on Monday night. Had a great time with my mom, but got sick (allergies) from the pine pollen. I have become allergic to my beloved state of Maine.

No too much to report on. The boys have started wrestling practices, and we are still waiting to hear when baby girl will start her basketball practices.

Normal West High School is having their craft fair this Saturday. I couldn't get a booth due to my time constraints, but I am donating some items to be raffled off.

I have a custom order to get out, and then I need to start working on my items for the Christmas in the Schoolhouse Sale. The proceeds are to benefit the 1860 Phelps Schoolhouse that is on the Spence Farm property. I'm trying to create things fitting to that era. Should be a blast!

Well, this will be about it for now. I think a nice hot cup of cocoa would be great right about now.....
