- Christian Schools Legally Threatened for Disciplining Students:
Pray for a Christian school in DELAWARE that is dealing with the difficult issue of disciplining a student. Please also pray for discipline issues involving graduating seniors in Christian schools all across the country as these issues regularly arise nationwide at the end of the school year.

- CLA is helping students nationwide.Praise the Lord that, with help from CLA, a junior high student in KENTUCKY is being permitted to leave the classroom when her history class is exposed to inappropriate pictures. Pray that this school will discontinue its policy of permitting such obscene material in the classroom.Pray for students who ride a school bus in NEW YORK and who were told by their bus monitor they were not permitted to talk about religion on the bus. Pray for students at a public school in NORTH CAROLINA who want to start a second Bible Club, but their principal is claiming that one religious club is enough. Attorneys for CLA are assisting the students.

- CLA Helps Teachers PrayPraise the Lord that after consulting with attorneys for CLA, teachers in one NORTH CAROLINA public school are able to meet together after school for prayer and Bible study. Their principal wanted to permit them to form the group, but was unsure whether it would be legal.

- One Voice Can Make a Difference:Praise the Lord for a good outcome when a public school teacher in TEXAS complained about being required to monitor elementary students as they watched horror movies during school hours and without parental permission. Because of this teacher’s courageous objections, the principal has cancelled the movies.

The teachers were very excited to receive this information since they had been totally unaware of the law in this area prior to their training session.
