Your mind is quite cluttered. And like most clutter, it's a bunch of crap you don't need. Try writing down your worst problems and fears. And then put them out of your mind for a while.

Actually, I was surprised that my mind wasn't more cluttered. I think that's a common "mom" thing though. I'd like to meet the mom who can place her head on the pillow at night and NOT think of 100 things instead of going off to sleep.
I don't ever set out to hurt anyone's feelings, but I won't sugar-coat anything to prevent hurt feelings either. If you ever need someone to pray for you, just let me know!
