So much yarn, so little time
I do NOT like moving. We are moving on the 3rd & 4th. I dislike packing up my sewing/craft room even more.
I have spent about 10 days sorting through yarns (too small, pitch it) Who has this much yarn and not selling it to the consumer? And then there are knitting needles and crochet hooks. How many #8 straight needles does a woman need?
At this point, I have the equivalent of four (4) 32 gallon tubs of yarn. All my knitting needles and crochet hooks are in a Pepe Lopez Tequila box. That really has no significance except that you'd probably have to be drinking tequila to weed through all this stuff.
I am forever printing out patterns I find online that I want to "try someday". I have about three (3) boxes of those.
And, yes, I really did get rid of A LOT of my inventory. That is what's left after two trips to the thrift store and filling the back of my SUV.
I don't understand people who don't knit and/or crochet (I do both). How do you make it through life? How do you deal with daily struggles, and life's little annoyances? I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't do drugs. How do I do it? I am a needle artist!
